People & Culture Manager

We're a team eager to learn, evolve and build great products for our clients. To support our exciting growth, we are seeking an energetic and motivated People & Culture Manager to hire, motivate and retain our team members.
Partnering with the Executive, this stand-alone role will design and deliver our Talent Acquisition, Employee Experience and People Operations using best in breed technology.
Specifically, you will be responsible for:
Sourcing top talent through a rapid growth period - building our employment brand, end-to-end recruitment and onboarding focused on a consistent and inclusive candidate experience.
Establishing and maintaining a quality People Operations function - including first-line queries, policies and procedures, HR technology enablement, WHS, implementing legislative changes and managing employee communications.
Delivering a remarkable Employee Experience - initiatives focused on moments that matter across learning & development, wellbeing, performance, succession planning, remuneration and benefits.
Fostering Mudbath’s Culture - building inclusiveness and belonging, human- centered leadership and aligning people practices to our vision and values.
As Mudbath continues to grow, this role will have the opportunity to establish and manage a People & Culture team in the future.

To be considered for this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualifications in HR, Psychology or similar
Relevant experience in People and Recruitment, ideally within the tech space
Passion for delivery of remarkable employee experiences
Experience in utilising technology and data driven insights to develop People Operations and/or Recruitment functions that enhance engagement
A creative, innovative and collaborative approach
Self-drive and be outcomes focused
Strong relationship, communication and stakeholder management skills
Excellent problem solving ability, discretion and judgement
