Customer Service Officer
Status: Permanent, Part-Time (.89FTE)
Salary range: $57,117.48 to $60,676.12 per annum (pro rata)
Opportunity: The City of Albany’s Customer Service Team is looking for an experienced and customer focused individual to take up the role of Customer Service Officer.
Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this role will see you responsible for, but not limited to, providing a positive first contact for City visitors, customers and ratepayers and providing an efficient and effective cashiering services for City customers.
Possession of well-developed communication (written and verbal), team work, computer literacy and numeracy skills are essential for this role.
If you have experience with cash handling and working in a similar customer facing position and are passionate about working for the City of Albany, please apply.
