The successful applicant would receive training in all aspects of residential property management and real estate office procedures, leading to assuming responsibility for a portfolio of properties as a Property Manager.

Minimum requirements are a friendly personality, well presented, a positive attitude, and attention to detail. A driver's licence is essential as would the attainment of a real estate agent licence after a reasonable period.
