About The Role

We are looking for experienced and motivated restaurant store managers to join a chain of Greek Restaurant that are expanding across Melbourne.

The Role Requires:

• The manager will need to have proven experience in dealing with sales, budgets, rostering, wastage etc to ensure business goals are met.
• A leader who gets the best out of their staff by training, motivating and managing their team as well as inspiring them by going above and beyond.
• Passionate about the restaurant industry and is constantly thinking about how the restaurants can improve.

About You:

• Excellent Communication skill, Leadership, Customer Service and interpersonal skill
• Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word and Excel
