Jetstream Electrical is a diverse fast paced electrical contracting company based in Darwin that offers services to Darwin, rural and NT/WA remote areas.


A fantastic opportunity exists within the Jetstream group of Companies for an experienced administration assistant. This is a 'hands on' and highly diverse role that provides invaluable support to ensure the group meets its objectives and that our clients have the best experience possible.

This role involves a variety of responsibilities associated with the day-to-day operation of the business. This includes acting as the office Receptionist, liaising with clients to assist with booking in work tasks ,data entry, reconciliations & freight forwarding . Other tasks include mail, couriers, some document production, archiving and stock inventory.


This is an excellent role for someone who is looking to gain experience in a diverse environment and has a background in customer services



-Highly developed numeracy and literacy skills

-Advanced computer and Microsoft Office skills

-Ability to use own initiative 

-Receptive to learning new tasks

-Excellent telephone customer service manner

-Adaptable in a varied role that may be subjected to change

-Be prompt, flexible and have a good attitude

-Ability to deal with confidential and sensitive material in appropriate manner

-Ability to manage competing priorities in a timely manner

-Ability to engage well with others



Highly Regarded:

-Experienced in using simPRO software and MYOB

-Knowledge of the electrical contracting industry, air charter operations or petroleum industry

-Bookkeeping skills 

-Driver's licence (Manual)

-Job scheduling experience

-Available for immediate start
