Our continued growth means there are great opportunities to develop your retail or sales career through our well-established training programs, you can quickly progress to other parts of the business.

We also have our own in-house design team bringing innovation to one of the most demanding industries where function must meet durability and safety.

But first we want you learning our products, systems and servicing our fashion and safety conscious customers. We are looking for individuals who are NOT set in their career path and willing to have their eyes opened to an exciting and dynamic work culture.

Key Responsibilities:        

  • Provide exceptional customer service and sales advice 
  • Visual merchandising
  • Maintain excellent store presentation
  • Achieve store budgets
  • Stock replenishment
  • Ensure a safe working environment

Skills / Experience / Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail environment, at min 1 year experience. 
  • Experience using a POS system
  • A passion for customer service and sales
  • The ability to work well in a fast paced team environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Honesty and reliability
  • Experience with stock handling and merchandising
