Human Resources System Specialist
Our HR Systems Specialist role:
Join our human resources team on a parental leave coverage contract, reporting to the Training, Human Resources and Organisational Development Superintendent. You will provide expertise and support to ensure accurate human resources master data, reporting and technical expertise in human resources systems.
You will deliver comprehensive knowledge of remuneration, back-end processes, problem solving and analyses of system issues and conduct audits of human resources systems.
This is a 14-month fixed-term parental leave coverage contract. You will be working a part time roster of up to 25 hours per week, with access to employee benefits including flexible working arrangements and subsidised health cover.
The successful applicant will possess the
following essential criteria:
- Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, or equivalent
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Experience with Success Factors highly advantageous
- Current Drivers Licence
