Human Resources Advisor

Our HR Advisor role:

Join our human resources team on a parental leave coverage contract. You will manage end to end recruitment, on-boarding, probations, performance and exit processes. You will also take part in HR projects and improvement opportunities.

As a HR Business Partner you will provide advice to employees, leaders and any relevant site personnel in supporting, reporting and improving business capability and performance through our human resources policies, procedures and systems.

This is a 13-month fixed-term parental leave coverage contract, part time and flexible work arrangements available for suitable candidates.

The successful applicant will possess the

following essential criteria:

  • Diploma or Degree in HR, Business, Psychology or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a generalist human resources or recruitment role
  • Well developed verbal and written communication skills 
  • Ability to form and maintain positive working relationships
  • Experience using HR/Payroll systems, experience with SAP highly regarded
  • Current Drivers Licence
