Graduate Engineer
Mt Buller Mt Stirling Resort Management has an exciting opportunity for a Graduate Engineer to join the Projects & Infrastructure Team.
Reporting to the Projects & Infrastructure Manager, the Graduate Engineer will be responsible for scoping and delivering a wide range of infrastructure projects including creating & upgrading public facilities, building & maintaining roads & carparks, improving the treatment of potable water & sewage, and improving & maintaining buildings.
To be successful in the role, you will have relevant tertiary engineering qualifications and be able to demonstrate:
- Strong technical knowledge of civil infrastructure;
- The ability to identify solutions, then work through the detail;
- The ability to work cooperatively with a broad range of stakeholders to achieve results;
- Strong communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills;
- Strength in financial modeling as well as analytical, numerical & critical reasoning.
