ABOUT THE POSITION:

An exciting opportunity exists for a passionate, professional and highly motivated Part-time E-commerce Administrator to join our team in this key fixed term contract for a 11 month period, working 20 hours per week. Based at our support centre in Salisbury South, the position is responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce administration for Wheel&Barrow and Karma Living with a key focus on increasing the online presence resulting in sales. 

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Manage each online order cycle
  • Make decisions about which store should post the order and allocate accordingly
  • Liaise with freight companies
  • Ensure store stock accuracy prior to placing order
  • Accurate processing of credit claims, stock returns and incorrect pricing credits
  • Follow up on outstanding orders or orders that are on hold
  • Act as primary point of contact for online orders for customers, answering phone and email enquiries, in a timely and courteous manager
  • Resolve complaints, ensuring the customer is given the time and attention needed
  • Create, edit and upload product photography and descriptions and remove discontinued/out-of-stock items in a timely manner
  • Assist with web site maintenance as required
  • Providing general assistance for the Buying team for other ad hoc tasks which may be required

To be successful in this position, you will be adaptable and highly organised, possess high level written and oral communication skills, have the ability to work autonomously and juggle competing priorities, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and are proficient with MS Office suite of products, primarily excel. Experience in product development/buying or in a similar role within a product team is preferred.
