A.C.T. Strata Management Services have been operating in the A.C.T. for more than 30 years, delivering exceptional Strata Management and Body Corporate services to resident owners and investors.

Due to current growth within the business, our team is looking for an enthusiastic Junior Administration Assistant.  We are seeking someone who is motivated and eager to build a long-term career in the Real Estate industry, someone who wants to learn and develop their skills and grow with our Business.

As a key member of our Canberra team, you will work closely with our senior administration team to provide assistance with the administration of the Strata Managers property portfolios.

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Processing daily mail;
  • Answering phone calls and emails;
  • Assisting with the preparation and distribution of correspondence;
  • Actioning work orders and sundry maintenance;
  • Collation of new owner welcome packs;
  • Maintaining registers & owner details;
  • Preparation of certificates;
  • Maintaining key registers;
  • Uploading reports and correspondence;
  • Offering assistance to managers and other personnel.

Ideally you will possess the following attributes:

  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Demonstrated time management skills;
  • High level of professionalism and integrity;
  • Commitment to providing quality customer service;
  • Experience in the Property Industry (would be an advantage, but not a requirement to succeed).
