To support our success we are currently seeking an experienced Insurance Representative to join our Insurance & Underwriting team.

About the Role...

As a Member Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through the accurate and timely completion of member requests within Sunsuper’s Customer Engagement division. This involves the monitoring of insurance application requirements and the provisioning of quality underwriting through compliance with the AIA guidelines and standards. You will engage with customers as required and manage interactions with members.

This is permanent, full-time opportunity commencing as soon as possible.

About You...

To ensure success you will possess:

  • Sound knowledge of Sunsuper’s insurance product.
  • Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills with a high level of numeracy and accuracy. Confident to work with figures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to guide members through a range of possible solutions.
  • Experience in coordinating the workflow of others.
  • 2-5 years’ experience in insurance administration and knowledge of the underwriting process (desirable).
