About the Role:

Due to organic growth, an excellent opportunity has become available for a HR Generalist to join our team, offering a Full-time position, located at our Head Office premises in Albury NSW.

We are looking for a HR Generalist to support the HR team in evolving and managing our Internal Policies, Procedures and Processes, Learning and Development platforms, and Recruitment. In this role you will work closely with the Management Team and the wider team to formulate scalable HR solutions, that support the continuous growth of the group.

As this position will be the first point of contact, you will possess excellent communication skills, with a demonstrated can do attitude that supports both internal and external clientele, with customer service being at the forefront of everything you do. The duties within the role are quite varied, supporting and driving the expected outcomes of various Human Resource strategies and procedures throughout the group of entities, providing exposure to a vast scope of business operational functions, within the Corporate Group that provides opportunity for organic growth. We are looking for Candidates that enjoy bringing value and service to others in all that they do. 

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting with day-to-day operations of all HR functions and duties and providing administrative support as tasked. Being the first point of call, you will work across an integrated team throughout the corporate group, that will expose you to a vast range of multi facet tasks.

To be successful you will possess:

  • Providing timely, effective, people focused solutions to challenges and identifying opportunities to improve our practices
  • Effectively partnering with key stakeholders and other HR functions to support business objectives
  • Support Onboarding activities
  • Providing guidance, policy interpretation and support to team members relating to employee relations, HR & organsational Policies and Procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer, organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Support site inductions and onboarding activities
  • A minimum of twelve (12) month’s experience in similar role
