About the Role
This is your opportunity to work for our Recruitment and Management Services (RMS) Division.
Reporting to the Direct Manager, you will coordinate and execute the recruitment functions and associated activities in addition to sourcing new vacancies through reverse marketing.
This exciting full time opportunity is perfect for someone who will provide a consistently high standard of customer service by recruiting candidates to be placed successfully with host employers within a range of industry sectors
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience:
- proven experience with high volume and end to end recruitment
- high quality communication and interpersonal skills
- demonstrated experience in strategic relationship building
- comprehensive understanding of recruitment practices and methodologies
- detailed knowledge of job offer processes and related industry regulations.
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a Police Check and any State/Territory Working with Children Check (where applicable).
