Content Developer (Web Design & Development)

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for passionate and experienced Content Developers/Writers with subject matter expertise in Web Design & Development to work closely with the Product Innovation Team & academic staff to ensure that on campus and online course material is developed in line with the development schedule, and is reviewed to comply with relevant standards.

This is a great opportunity to earn additional income working from home and using your existing web design expertise!

This role will suit you if you have subject matter expertise and experience within any of the following fields/subjects:

- Python Fundamentals
- Web App Development (React.js coding, vue.js coding, NoSQL (Mongo), Node)
- Component Library Development (React.js)
  
As the Content Developer you will be responsible for
  • Ensuring course material developed meets regulatory requirements and can be reutilised for different in-takes.
  • Ensuring material is developed and delivered within the time frames of the content development schedule
  • Ensuring material is reviewed in compliance with relevant AQF standards, within compliances set by appropriate professional bodies, and as appropriate to the course and subject scope
  • Writing, reviewing and editing assessment briefs, assessment tools, and assessment rubrics.
This is a Casual position based remotely or in any of our main officer across Australia - Sydney, Adelaide, Melbourne or Brisbane
  
 
Who are you?
To be successful in the Content Developer position you will possess:
  • Familiarity with e-learning principles and the AQF framework
  • Extensive experience in writing educational material and/or comprehensive industry experience
  • Relevant Tertiary qualifications
  • Ability to perform well and deliver high quality work in a high pressure environment
  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines
