We are currently seeking experienced chefs for this busy hotel in Regional Queensland. Positions available for General Chefs, Sous Chef and Head Chef. 

Duties Include but not limited to:

• Prep & Cooking of bistro, cafe and a la Carte Meals
• Cooking for functions and events
• Work across a variety of shifts on a rotational roster 
• Maintain a clean kitchen
• Provide excellence in food standards  

The Candidate:

• You will enjoy working and living on site with the ability to work as part of a dedicated, small close knit team
• Have previous experience in a busy kitchen environment 
• Enjoy creating new dining experiences for guests
• Have a passion for producing quality food
