Premier Pet is one of Australia's leading suppliers of pet products to pet and aquarium stores.  Our warehouse is located in Narangba, north of Brisbane.  This role is initially an award level paid position. 

We currently have a casual vacancy in our operations for an experienced and enthusiastic Warehouse Store person.

You must have a current forklift licence and suitable experience in a warehouse environment.  This is a hands on role where you will join our small team in picking orders, unloading containers, loading and unloading trucks and other duties as required.

You must be physically fit, physically strong, display an ability to work autonomously or under direction and have a strong work ethic and sense of responsibility. Whilst this is a hands on role, computer skills will be helpful in carrying out some of the administrative tasks. 

Details and key requirements of this position:

• Proven warehousing and distribution experience
• Good communication skills
• Valid Forklift Licence
• Recent High Reach forklift experience
• Strong numeracy and literacy
• High attention to detail

When not working in our Warehouse you will be assisting in our modern climate controlled fishroom facility with duties as required.

A knowledge of fish keeping would be advantageous but not necessary.
