The Position
St John of God Subiaco Hospital are currently seeking a highly organised and efficient Theatre Bookings Officer. The Theatre Bookings Officer is critical to the efficient running of St John of God Subiaco operating thetares, Wembley Day Surgery Hospital Theatres and the Short Stay Unit.
As Theatre Bookings Officer you will be responsible for the coordination of the Theatre bookings schedule and related activities, incorporating training and support for IBA/WebPAS (Patient Administration System).
This position will be offered on a full time permanent basis, working 76 hours per fortnight.
The successful candidate will have:
- A willingness and capacity to embrace the Mission and Values of St John of God Health Care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with clinical and non-clinical caregivers.
- Demonstrated high level knowledge and understanding of Theatre procedures and related CMBS coding.
- Advanced keyboard skills and working knowledge of Theatre Management software.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload and maintain performance under pressure.
- Ability to impart technical knowledge.
- High level of coding accuracy.
