Sales Administration Officer
Background
Come and join the founders of the Australian Craft Spirit movement. Lark Distilling Co. is a Tasmanian success story with a clear vision to create the first global icon of Australian Spirits.
The primary purpose of the newly created role is to work within the sales team to develop quotes, process sales orders and invoices as well as ensure overall data entry accuracy.
We are seeking an experienced administrator with a keen eye for detail and a proven ability to manage multiple tasks at once. Working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, you will be required to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to actively manage day-to-day sales requirements.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
This is a critical role which requires accuracy and diligence to process. Dealing with data - customer, production and ordering - is a daily occurrence, and ensuring the integrity of that data is paramount.
- Administration of new and existing customer accounts
- Managing supplier/customer portal integrity
- Coordination of customer service requests
- Ensure accurate completion of all customer documentation
- Ensuring all account data is current and accurate
- Monitor and maintain customer data
- Generation of reports
- Data entry; entering and updating information into relevant databases
- Invoicing
- Assisting sales team as required
- Assisting in customer enquiries when required
Skills
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- Fast learner with a high attention to detail
- Organised with ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with Coles & Woolworths vendor portals & process’ will be beneficial, but not essential
