Expressions of Interest - Early Childhood Educators - Newman

Thriving Futures is empowering the Pilbara communities of  Newman to shape the future for generations to come.

Led by not-for-profit organisation Child Australia, and proudly funded by BHP, our early learning workforce development program is supporting communities to grow, thrive and reach their full potential through high quality early learning experiences. Support that begins with training, recruiting and retaining a quality, sustainable early learning workforce.

For locals seeking to enter or re-enter the early childhood workforce, we’re offering fully funded scholarship opportunities and development pathways to help you pursue a rewarding career in enriching children’s lives.

We are currently working in partnership with the local early years centres located in Newman to secure you an educator role whilst you work towards a recognised early childhood education qualification.

Furthermore, our mentor program will ensure you are given continuous support during your employment and studies.

If you live in the Newman region (or are moving there with a view to stay long term) we’d love to hear from you and discuss which career pathway is best suited to your unique needs.

We encourage expressions of interest from candidates in the following categories:

  • Local Indigenous applicants
  • High School Leavers
  • Mature age workers looking to re-enter the workforce
  • Candidates looking to switch career pathways from another sector

This opportunity is too good to miss! Our friendly team at Thriving Futures would love to have a chat with you.
