About the role:

The key purpose of this role is to contribute to Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects at Equity Trustees. The role will include understanding existing business process problems and implementing RPA based solutions to improve them. You will contribute to continuous improvement projects and will drive change within the organisation. You will deploy RPA components including bots, robots, development tools, code repositories and logging tools. You will support the launch and implementation of RPA solutions and create process and end-user documentation.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Effectively liaise and collaborate with internal customers to elicit business needs and functional requirements and demonstrate an understanding of business objectives and benefits.
  • Contribute to requirements gathering sessions and workshops, stakeholder interviews, group sessions, user observations, and other information gathering techniques.
  • Interpret and translate business requirements into application and operational requirements that are fit for purpose, accurate and show an understanding of business needs and strategy for a business and technical audience.
  • Develop process documentation and maps according to standard templates and industry best practice.
  • Identify opportunities for process or system improvements and recommend and implement proposed solutions.

What you'll need to succeed:

  • Business/IT/Finance degree
  • Uipath Level1 RPA Developer Foundation
  • Experience with UiPath toolset, 1 + years
  • Business Analysis/Process Reengineering, 1 + years
  • Process documentation & design, 1+ years
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, strong excel skills will be well regarded
  • SQL/VBA
