National Operations Manager
My client are a well established business in the Earthmoving industry with a strong presence in a variety of locations Australia-wide.
They are seeking an experienced National Operations Manager to run and oversee a Parts and Service divisions Nationally.
Based in the Western suburbs of Sydney, this role will require regular interstate travel and interactions with a variety of people and teams.

Key skills & exp:
- Well developed mgt skills overseeing, driving and mentoring, Parts and Service teams
- Strong background and experience in Automotive Part & Service (Earthmoving machinery exp an advantage)
- Ability & experience running Parts & Service workshops
- Experience and knowledge on Work Health and Safety in a Workshop Environment
- Demonstrated exp running and managing a variety of automotive teams.
- Mechanical mind & background ideal
- Ability to oversee, shape and ensure successful running of Parts & Service depts including best practice to ensure maximum productivity.
- Pentana software experience and advantage
