OUTDOOR STEEL SOLUTIONS has 5 showrooms in Victoria including Bendigo, Sunbury, Ballarat, Shepparton and Kilmore.

The Company has grown over the last 15 years and now employs over 30 people, full-time.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional person to complement our busy administration team.

We are a family owned business that offers a supportive environment together with long-term and stable employment. 

The role involves ordering materials via our design software, ensuring correct plans and documents are available for permit applications and subsequently our construction teams. It would suit someone who loves checking detail and resolving any discrepancies that arise. If this sounds like you and you possess the following skills and experience, then we would love to hear from you.

  • Have a high attention to detail;
  • Have confidence in using resources at your disposal to find information and problem-solve;
  • Competent in adapting to new software and using technology to your advantage;
  • Be very well organised and ability to prioritise and manage competing demands;
  • Experience working in a busy office environment;
