ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a mature minded highly talented Administration & Customer Service Officer to join our Marketing team where you will be liaising with a variety of clients, industries and markets in your portfolio including:

  • retail
  • hospitality
  • fuel
  • self-service / vending
  • government
  • charity organisations

 

You will be responsible for:

  • Initiating workflow of customer orders
  • Preparation of documentation including quotes, agreements and reporting
  • Assisting with the qualification of new business opportunities
  • Data input, analysis and CRM management
  • Preparation of marketing material and mailouts
  • Sales and administrative support to the Sales, Marketing and Account Management team

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Exceptional verbal and written skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong customer service experience
  • The ability to think on your feet and a desire to solve customer business problems
  • Self-motivated and a team player with an attitude of getting things done
  • Experience with CRM software is not essential but will be highly regarded
