Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
The Registered Nurse/Midwife is responsible for the provision of person centered evidence informed nursing care that promotes identified health outcomes. The Registered Nurse/Midwife will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care in collaboration with individuals and the multidisciplinary healthcare team.

We encourage Registered Nurses/Midwives with previous Aged Care / Nursing home experience apply
Essential Criteria:
Registration: Current authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse/Midwife with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (APHRA)
