About the Role

We are seeking dedicated and self-motivated Housekeeping Officers for two casual and two part-time roles at one of our locations in the Upper Hunter – the stunning Reflections Lake Glenbawn.

The Housekeeping Officer is the first point of contact for all guests and visitors at our park and is responsible for offering a high level of friendly and welcoming customer service.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalised, memorable experiences for our park visitors and guests
  • Undertake housekeeping duties including making up beds, cleaning of linen and other laundry items, restocking room supplies and cleaning interior and exterior of cabin
  • Undertake general cleaning duties, including vacuuming, sweeping & mopping, dusting and disposing of rubbish
  • Provide information on the park and surrounding areas
  • Assist with guest enquiries and requests in a timely and efficient manner

Role Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferably in a hotel or holiday park environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Flexible availability including availability to work on weekends and public holidays
  • A current manual Driver Licence

Due to the nature of our operations, the successful candidate will be required work across a 7-day rotational roster, including weekends and public holidays.

The successful applicants will be subject to the following:

  • National Criminal History Check
  • Working With Children Check (WWCC) clearance for paid employment
  • Pre-Employment Medical Assessment including functional capacity evaluation and drug & alcohol screen
