ABOUT THE ROLE:

We currently have an opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team at Smithfield on a full time basis.

You are a seasoned customer-centric driven administrator,  adept at multi-tasking, ensuring your work is prioritised for maximum efficiency, deliverables are met on time and to a high standard and you seamlessly combine you joint passion for customer service and administration.

ABOUT YOU:

This is not a call centre role.

You are a cheerful and energetic individual who will automatically roll your sleeves up and support both your team members and the overall depot with all administration and customer service needs.  You will be super-organised and have an eye for detail. 

You will use your MS Office skills, our in-house Transport Management System and your communication skills to support and build relationships across our Sales and Operations Teams. 

Critical to your success in this role will be your background and experience in Transport, Logistics or FMCG.

This is a fast paced business operating on tight timelines and delivery schedules.
