This international organisation play a unique role in the Melbourne CBD, and are now looking to expand their team due to success! 

This role provides the backbone to a wide scale project. 
The current team of 15 are hardworking, driven, fun, passionate people who want to make a difference. 
Situated within an established wider department, this team plays a pivotal role in providing a fantastic service to its customers.

Whilst this is initially a contract role it is with a view to go permanent following a successful 3 month review. 

RESPONSIBILITIES include;
  • Assessing and processing bookings 
  • Booking and enquiry support, managing inbound and outbound calls
  • File administration
  • Diary, mail and email management
  • Managing own caseload 
  • No sales at all - this is a customer service role 
REQUIREMENTS for this opportunity are;
  • Experience working within a call centre 
  • Exceptional customer service focus
  • Positive work ethic and strong interpersonal skills
  • An ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Great attention to detail
