This international organisation play a unique role in the Melbourne CBD, and are now looking to expand their team due to success!
This role provides the backbone to a wide scale project.
The current team of 15 are hardworking, driven, fun, passionate people who want to make a difference.
Situated within an established wider department, this team plays a pivotal role in providing a fantastic service to its customers.
Whilst this is initially a contract role it is with a view to go permanent following a successful 3 month review.

- Assessing and processing bookings
- Booking and enquiry support, managing inbound and outbound calls
- File administration
- Diary, mail and email management
- Managing own caseload
- No sales at all - this is a customer service role
- Experience working within a call centre
- Exceptional customer service focus
- Positive work ethic and strong interpersonal skills
- An ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Great attention to detail
- In line with the companies values
- Driven, collaborative workers who enjoy dynamic roles
- Natural communicators and problem solvers
- Able to turnaround work in line with company expectations
- Unlimited working rights
