ABOUT THE ROLE
UQ Sport is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Officer to join our energetic and fun team! This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone dedicated to delivering outstanding service.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to current and potential UQ Sport customers. This role provides reception and sales services to UQ Sport customers whilst ensuring consistently high standards of customer service and safety. You will ensure the safety of all patrons of the Centre by effectively preventing and responding to emergency situations.
ABOUT YOU
You will have 12 months' previous experience in a customer-facing role preferably in an aquatic centre environment. You are self-motivated, energetic and personable, with a passion for sport and fitness. Your confidence, resilience and excellent communication skills will enable you to stay calm and effective during emergency situations. Your exceptional relationship building skills will see you integrating well within the organisation.
You must also have the following qualifications:
- First Aid and CPR Certificates
- Pool Lifeguard
- Blue Card
