Inbound Customer Service - Personal Banker

About the role
They are seeking Inbound Customer Service Consultants for long term temporary roles based in their Docklands office. This role calls for excellent communication and outstanding customer service skills. Our aim is to provide all customers with an outstanding customer experience.

Skills and experience

  • 12 + months previous experience within a customer service environment
  • A flexible & positive attitude
  • A genuine passion for the banking and finance industry
  • Ability to work in a high-pressure environment
  • Possess superior communication and active listening skills
  • Availability to work 38 hours/week on a rotating roster between the hours of 8.00 am/9.00 pm (Monday-Friday) and 9.00 am - 2.00 pm (Saturday)
  • Able to commence as of 22nd February
