Customer Service Representatives (part time)

Start 2021 with a brand new role! We are recruiting for multiple Customer Service Representative’s with excellent communication skills for an exciting Government project in Parramatta! We are looking for candidates that truly value their customers, and makes it their duty to provide the best service possible whilst working in a fast-paced environment.

What's in it for you:
  • Starting 25th January, this contract is until end of March with possibility for extension!
  • $30 p/h + super
  • Parramatta location
  • Enjoy a work/life balance by working 21 hours per week on a rotating roster between Saturday - Monday, 7am - 7pm
  • Working on a exciting Government Project, offering person-centred advice and making a real difference to customers
  • Supportive, friendly and caring team environment
Key Responsibilities:
  • First line of inquiry for inbound customer queries, as well as transferring calls to the appropriate area.
  • Record customer information on internal systems
  • Work on a large Government account & provide high level quality service to their customer base
  • Assist customers in processing their applications for the project 
You will need to:
  • A minimum of 2 years experience within customer service
  • Have excellent written and spoken communication skills
  • Be passionate about providing exceptional customer service
  • Pass a full background check
  • Can commit to the required duration
  • Can commit to full time hours for initial 2 week training period
