Brick Lane is on the hunt for a passionate, motivated and enthusiastic beer loving type to join our team in the role of Sales Representative in our New South Wales Sales team based in Sydney.
In this role you’ll be responsible for managing a territory of primarily retail outlets with some hybrid customers, focussed on the Inner West to Blue Mountains with some regional NSW, and partial cover of the North Shore in North West Sydney. You’ll manage existing and build new customer relationships, drive volume and value of our existing product range and present new exciting products to our customers. You’ll also establish activations within the territory and manage promotional activity across your customer group. An important part of this role will also be to plan, organise and participate in food, lifestyle and beer festivals and events (what a job hey?!) and actively promote and host beer education activities for our customers.
You’ll bring your practical experience of the Sydney/NSW on premise and alcohol retail trade, along with a passion for great beer and genuine interest in finding solutions to drive Brick Lane’s customers businesses. You’ll have a motivation and passion for Sales, and you are renowned for your customer service skills and ability to build strong customer relationships. As part of a small and dynamic team you are a team player, willing to roll your sleeves up and deliver results.
Current NSW Driver’s Licence and the right to work in Australia essential. Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Cicerone Beer Server certifications are requirements of this role, however the successful applicant will be provided with the support required to complete these certifications if not already held. After hours and weekend work will be required to fulfil the requirements of the role.
