Purpose of the Role: 

We are looking for a Rehabilitation Counsellor to work out of the Canberra, ACT office. You will complete relevant assessments, to restore an individual's highest level of functional performance and deliver a successful return to work. 
 
Responsibilities:

• Return to work case management for injured workers under the WorkCover Scheme
• Vocational assessments, Earning Capacity Assessments, Labor Market Analysis
• Liaison with all treating parties
• High level report writing 
• Assistance with job seeking

Skills & Experience:

• Degree in Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling (Associate Preferred) 
• Associate or Full Member with ASORC / Full Member with RCAA or eligible for Provisional AHPRA Registration
• A genuine interest in Occupational Rehabilitation
• Must have at least 6 months experience
• You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A positive outlook and an ability to work well in team environments
• Your own reliable car and driver’s license
