We are looking for an experienced recruiter who has a wealth of knowledge of process, industry, candidate coaching, mentoring and a passion to make a difference.

As an experienced recruiter you could be joining our successful national team in an Account Manager Capacity managing 20/30 ongoing cases.

To be successful in this role you will have a background in Recruitment, be confident in engaging with a broad range of candidates across a variety of industries. You are commercially minded and thrive on coaching others and helping people achieve their goals. Possessing an extensive understanding of the current recruitment market, contemporary recruitment processes, and job search processes/methodologies across diverse industries and sectors at all levels.

You must have;

• Proven experience in recruitment – minimum of 8/10 years’ experience
• Solid relationship development skills
• Excellent customer-oriented problem -solving skills
• A passion for people
• A competitive spirit and strong work ethic
• A demonstratable track record in sales or customer service
• Unwavering commitment to team support and achievement
• Strong process, organization and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentially and model professionalism
• Advanced computer literacy skills
• The ability to work autonomously and as part of a national team
