Administration Assistant – Part Time 2 days per week

A fantastic opportunity exists for a highly efficient administration assistant to join our expanding team.
Duties will include:
- Master Data Entry and Pricing
- Inventory Management
- Processing warranties and credits
- Administration support to the Office Administrator
- Liaising with suppliers and customers
- Answering phones and taking detailed messages
- Assisting in general administrative tasks as required
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Exceptional communication skills
- Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent time management and capacity to prioritise workload
- Strong work ethic
- Work well in a team with the ability to work well autonomously
- Customer focussed with a professional and friendly telephone and face to face manner
- Can work in a busy and fast paced environment

This is a part time position (Tuesday’s and Thursday’s, 8am to 4.30pm) and a salary package will be discussed based on demonstrated experience. This position will report to the Office Administrator.
