Customer Service Officer
- $35 - $40 per hour plus Super
- 12 month contract - Full time hours
- Darwin Location
McArthur is partnering with a federal client to source an experienced Customer Service Officer.
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of telephone and multimedia-based service to both internal and external stakeholders.
As part of a team, you will be expected to deliver excellent levels of customer service through your contribution to the effective operation and performance. Your role will support the Response Group during its transition and growth as it assumes the responsibility for Standards of Training, Certification and qualifications as well as other areas of customer service contact.
To be considered for this role, you will have:-
- Strong customer service skills as well as excellent communication and telephone manner.
- Good communication skills and the ability to build a rapport with the customer.
- Demonstrated ability to work well in a team
- Demonstrated ability to use Contact Centre technology, e.g. software programs and tools as well as the Microsoft office suite
- Good data entry skills
- Demonstrated experience within a call / contact centre function, providing telephone and multimedia-based customer service to internal and external stakeholders is desirable but not essential.
Eligibility Requirements:
Please note that you will be working for a federal client and you must be an Australian Citizen and hold an existing Baseline Security Clearance to be eligible to apply.
