What You Will Be Doing
The Nurse Unit Manager is responsible for providing operational and clinical leadership to the COVID 19 clinics. The role is responsible for the delivery of clinical services through innovative models in accordance with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) guidelines, ensuring evidence based practice is adhered to
The role is a full time contract until 30th June 2021. You may be required to work across a variety of sites including Rye, Rosebud, Hastings and Frankston.
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
• Extensive management experience including human resource and financial management skills
• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to build a cohesive team with clarity around goals and accountabilities
• In depth understanding of COVID 19 PPE and infection control standards and legislation
