The Opportunity

A newly created role for someone with a bold vision to transform, be a proactive problem solver and have plenty of drive to win! 

With this role, we aim to build in-house strategy and strategic execution skills into the Member Experience division.

The purpose of this role is to build robust fact bases to formulate member acquisition and retention strategies aligned to the HBF strategy and to ensure we deliver against our Member Value Proposition. This role will also support the Annual Planning process, and work across the business to track and report on delivery progress.

About You

  • 3 years + experience in relevant field such as strategic management consulting, strategy formulation, go-to market strategy, product strategy & delivery
  • Excellent research, analysis and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to simplify complex information into a clear fact base to aid decision making
  • Ability to write business proposals, including financial benefits case to Exec & Board presentation standard
  • Strong planning and collaboration skills
  • Self-starter able to mobilise a large group of diverse people ‘to get something done’
  • Degree in business or related field
