Mildura Base Public Hospital (MBPH) has approximately 930 staff and is a 180 bed tertiary teaching hospital (Level 1) providing public hospital services on behalf of the Victorian Government to the community of Mildura and the Sunraysia District.

Medical / Surgical ward is a 26 bed ward for the acute adult surgical patients and O&G overflow. This position is responsible for working collaboratively with team members to provide high quality care to patients. The incumbent must operate within their scope of practice for the setting and specialty, and deliver care in accordance with best practice standards. To be successful you have relevant registration with AHPRA and will have a minimum of 2 years post graduate clinical nursing experience in Paediatrics. You will also have an understanding of relevant clinical legislation and guidelines and possess exceptional communication skills.
