About the role
Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of water sample collection, analysis and reporting of results on one of our large key account customer sites. Using your laboratory and monitoring skills you will be responsible for ensuring correct chemical dosing and equipment operation are maintained. This hands on role will require you to assist with chemical equipment servicing and perform manual dosing when and where required. Ability to travel from time to time is required. Based in Wollongong you will be a key team member of the NSW Commercial Water Treatment team. As a keen and motivated professional you will have access and exposure to learn skills outside of the laboratory scope and have access to highly skilled commercial and technical colleagues.

Skills and experience
To be successful in this role and a key contributor to our growth culture, you will need to be tertiary/degree qualified in the chemistry/science discipline or working towards. You will have some previous experience in a laboratory/testing environment, preferably in the industrial sector.
You will have the ability to learn and pick up new skills quickly, adapt to a customer focused and fast pace working environment. You will need to be able to adapt to change and to work unsupervised at times. A professional and resilient approach to working with customer requirements and demands is critical to being successful in this position.
