An exciting opportunity for an Accounts/ Administration assistant to join our small and friendly team.
The Sydney based company manufactures, supplies and services quality steam and hot water heaters to the commercial and industrial market.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
Hands-on position requiring a motivated and well organised team player.
Assisting with Accounts Payable including batching, matching and coding suppliers’ invoices into Xero and Unleashed.
Assisting with Accounts Receivable including chasing up payment and maintaining invoice notes using Xero and Unleashed.
Full function of credit card reconciliation including marrying up credit card dockets and coding them in Xero.
Assisting with month-end duties in Xero including updating google sales report.
Other ad hoc duties
Ordering stationery and staff amenities
Answering phones and divert calls to relevant people
Preparing for meetings
Providing secretarial support as required
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE
- at least 2 years accounting experience
- experienced Xero (must have)
- experienced in Unleashed (desirable)
- Permanent Residence
- Can-do attitude
- Work well with people
