About the role:
As a member of Momentum Energy’s Customer Care team, you’ll respond to a range of enquiries and requests from residential and business customers over the phone or other channels. People have lots of different reasons for contacting their power company – questions, complaints, changing contact details, checking if there’s a better price – and these are the kinds of things you’ll help them with. Don’t worry, you’ll get top notch training, so you’ll be an energy whizz before you answer any calls.

Some important info:
We may ask you to attend one of several group interview sessions being held on Tuesday 2nd / Wednesday 3rd February 2021 at our Cambridge office as well as complete a reference check. And if you’re successful, you’ll start on full time paid training on Monday 1st March 2021. 

You will be working a 7.5 hour day on a rotating roster from 8am – 7pm Monday – Friday. You’ll need to be available for regular shifts during these hours in a full time capacity of 37.5hrs per week.
