We are committed to making life easier for our participants and service providers 

About the role 

The Accounts team are at the heart of our plan management service; onboarding new participants; processing invoices; problem-solving; collaborating with other team members to resolve issues, and answering participant and service provider queries.


We are looking for people who have the following skills and experience: 

  • A high level of attention to detail 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel (basic level)  
  • Ability to use initiative and problem solve  
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal 
  • High customer service ethos with the ability to empathise 
  • Strong sense of accountability by taking ownership of tasks  
  • Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams 
  • Ability to work from home autonomously 
  • Bookkeeping and or accountancy skills a bonus
  • Leadership experience a bonus
