About the role
The Accounts team are at the heart of our plan management service; onboarding new participants; processing invoices; problem-solving; collaborating with other team members to resolve issues, and answering participant and service provider queries.
Requirements:
We are looking for people who have the following skills and experience:
- A high level of attention to detail
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite – Word and Excel (basic level)
- Ability to use initiative and problem solve
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- High customer service ethos with the ability to empathise
- Strong sense of accountability by taking ownership of tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively within and across teams
- Ability to work from home autonomously
- Bookkeeping and or accountancy skills a bonus
- Leadership experience a bonus
