Business Support Officer
- Federal Government
- 4 month temporary assignment commencing February 2021

Grow your career within the Disability and Federal Government Sectors. An exciting opportunity is available for a Business Support Officer to join our well known client. This independent statutory agency supports a better life for hundreds of thousands of Australians.
As a Business Support Officer, you will work within a team to undertake procedural, clerical and administrative support and operational tasks including some basic research analysis activities.
Your duties may include but not limited to:
- Managing the team inbox and appointment/calendar systems
- Coordinating appointments for participants and planners, including booking office facilities etc
- Collating and recording information related to participants details and plans
- Accurately recording information provided by participants in relation to plans or issues
- Providing information as part of general inquiries to team
- Undertaking a range of data entry tasks
- Providing general admin support to the branch
Skills and experience:
Due to the nature of the role, HOBAN are seeking applications with a strong contemporary attitude towards disability
- Proven experience within a similar role
- Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Suite
- Excellent communication both verbal and in writing
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
