Front Counter

First impressions last forever, and at our front counter, you'll meet and interact with hundreds of people every day. As the faces of Flash, you'll get to serve each of our customers with “quality food, fast”, and make sure that they always walk away satisfied, with a smile on their face.

The Kitchen

The kitchen is where all the action happens. This is where you’ll work closely with the crew, preparing our full menu of products ensuring that every item meets our high quality standards. You’ll also need to be organised and great at multi-tasking, so bring your talents to the table!

Supervisors 

In this role, you’ll be responsible for training new Crew and checking that all procedures and standards are followed. Crew Trainers consistently demonstrate a commitment to Flash and a natural ability to lead and coach others. 

If you have previously worked at McDonalds, Hungry Jacks, KFC or other fast food restaurants, we are eager to meet you.
