ABOUT THE COMPANY WE KNOW YOU’LL LOVE

Pinnacle is a purpose-directed and values-driven consulting firm providing strategy, organisational design and people development services. In partnership with our clients we strive to create positive social impact. We combine our three services to ensure each one informs the other. Our strategy and organisational design services are imbued with a deep knowledge of organisational and leadership dynamics, and vice-versa. This is what gives Pinnacle Group Australia our point of difference and positions our clients for success.

There is a lot more to know more about us, so if you are interested please check out our website (www.pinnacle-group.com.au) and our Linkedin page (https://www.linkedin.com/company/pinnacle-group)

MORE ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Senior Consultant at Pinnacle, you will work closely with the Director, Principal Consultant and other team members, designing innovative programs to ensure we deliver quality outcomes and sustainable change. You'll get to work across strategy, people development and organisation design and spend some time facilitating, designing, generating insights and solving complex people and strategic problems for our clients.

To join us, we'd really like to see some consulting and BD experience (or equivalent). It will be a part of your job to attract new clients, nurture our existing clients, build awareness of Pinnacle in the market, and ultimately drive revenue growth in collaboration with the consulting team. Given this, as well as designing and delivering project solutions, your activities will also include meeting with potential and existing clients, proposal design, and attending networking and learning events.

We value academic smarts, but that's not it… we are really looking for people who are emotionally smart, can understand new concepts quickly, aren't afraid to express their unique ideas, can communicate to different people and most importantly, can build strong relationships and trust.

WHAT ARE SOME OF THE PERKS OF JOINING US?

We prioritise our team's health, well-being and vitality and as such ensure the following:

  • You'll work with organisations that need our help, in sectors that matter (e.g. education, health, disability) – it's really rewarding!
  • Your learning journey will never end, we are big on professional and personal growth and spend a lot of time learning together
  • You'll be able to bring your authentic self to work every day and work with a talented team that values and supports each other
  • You can work full-time or part-time. We're all about working flexibly and ensuring that we maintain our health, well-being and vitality
  • We are purposeful about building our culture – we regularly work on it, measure it and have team members dedicated to driving it. We all contribute to our culture in distinct, fun and sometimes quirky ways

WHAT’S GOING TO MAKE ME A SUPERSTAR IN THIS ROLE?

  • You have 5-7+ years consulting and/or BD experience
  • You are a self-starter, proactive and courageous in the way that you work with people and promote business
  • You're excited by problem solving, can think analytically and influence others in a positive way
  • You keep clients engaged through your personable and trustworthy approach, and ongoing relationship building
  • Be project management savvy
  • You have some experience in, and enjoy facilitating (e.g. workshops and focus groups), and have a strong workshop presence
