Management Consultant-Organisational Strategy


  • Strong background required in the Renewable Energy Industry
  • Solid experience in organisational strategy, corporate operations and marketing
  • Salary range $95,000 - $105,000

Responsibilities and Tasks
  • Participate in and encourage the development of goals, strategies and plans aimed at achieving an efficient use of internal resources. Re-establish onboarding procedures and policies. �
  • Give direction towards achieving a more efficient organisation and provide solutions to organisational problems found.
  • Develop organisation (/alignment) strategy across areas of business including operations, marketing, onboarding, and culture development. Responsible for organisation roll out with workers (incl. management)
  • Analyse and evaluate current systems and structures such as clerical and administrative processes. Present to recommendations to stakeholders for increased efficiency and company growth.
  • Prepare proposals to revise methods, policies and procedures whilst introducing new and revise current workflows across departments.
  • Implement and develop high quality and effective material that aligns with company objectives and newly proposed strategies across the organisation. Creative direction and drafting of system documentation required, such as manuals, procedures, forms and other supporting material.
  • Advise on strategy for expansion, content planning and management is required.
  • Management of external agencies required to ensure consistent messaging and project timelines are met (incl. solar project specifics.)
  • Identify continual OFIs across organisation procedures, policies and methods to improve best practice supporting workers and management. In addition to monthly reviews of operating protocols with worker insights and collaboration.
  • Discuss OFIs with workers and facilitate delivery of worker training to roll out new systems, procedures and policies (via Zoom and in-person)
  • Manage key stakeholder relations to successfully execute the agreed change initiatives and management plans.



Qualification and skill requirements
  • Bachelor Degree (fields relating to Management preferred)
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • Minimum of 2years’ experience in a similar or complimentary role.
  • Strong background within renewable energy industry.
  • Highly organised with proven ability to manage multiple projects and avenues with high quality, attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment with the desire to partake in multiple channels to assist the business’ growth, efficiency, and development.
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Office, Adobe Design Suite, CMS / Analytics platforms, and webinar tools.
  • Structured thinking process and analytical / problem solving.
  • Strong relationship-building, interpersonal communication, written and verbal presentation skills.
