About the Role
We are seeking two energetic and organised people with strong attention to detail to join AIS as Project Support Officers. You will be working in a dynamic environment supporting AIS project teams to develop high-quality skills standards that form national vocational qualifications.
The successful candidates will be highly motivated, pro-active and outcomes focused, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing support and coordination for project activities, including data and file management.
- High quality customer support across the business and with external stakeholders to support project requirements.
- Overseeing meeting arrangements including bookings, catering and IT requirements.
- Preparing communications materials such as meeting reports and correspondence.
- Maintaining internal systems including the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Contributing to other business activities as required.
