Transition to Work Employment Consultant
The Personnel Group, a leader in delivering Employment Services across Regional NSW, VIC and ACT, is seeking a passionate, customer focused individual to join our Transition to Work team in Griffith.
Transition to Work is an engagement program focused on supporting young people aged 15-24 on their journey to employment.
Transition to Work Employment Consultants work closely with young people to build and develop work readiness skills through one on one and group based activities. Employment Consultants are creative in the way they engage with the local community to develop quality relationships and provide workforce solutions to employers.
Who are we looking for?
A professional who builds rapport and creates an environment in which people want to do their best. A team member who can be counted on to exceed goals successfully.
Ideally you will have experience working with young people, an ability to assess strengths in others and passion for making a difference in someone's life.

This position requires the successful applicant to undertake a National Police Check and Working with Children Check. Employment will only be confirmed upon satisfactory checks.
