Qualifications & experience

• You are able to commit to 2 weeks full time training
• You enjoy working in a team enviroment
• You have a background in customer service and/or cash handling
• You can lift 22kg of mail repeatedly and be able to stand for the majority of your shift

Tasks & responsibilities

• Flexible and available to work anytime between Monday - Friday 8.00-5.00
• Performing customer sales, service transactions, and mail services
• Managing high value transactions accurately - which includes handling and processing cash, cheques, credit cards and eftpos
• Conducting and processing a number of identity services transactions
• promoting our products and services through up-selling and cross-selling
• assisting customers with mail lodgements and associated costs
• Building rewarding relationships with customers by understanding their needs
